"Given the unique economic difficulties we face as a nation, this is the wrong time to raise these taxes. We need to retain these tax cuts that encourage investment that stimulates growth and job creation," he told Mr. Obama.
While we are pleased that Mr. Mitchell acknowledges that tax cuts stimulate growth and job creation, we are left to wonder: why have the past four years been the WRONG time for him to support jobs and growth? Investors and small business have to plan for the future, and the impending loss of these tax cuts has been a severe drag on our economy for years. Thanks, Harry. |
